STANDARD SIZED PRODUCTS

All of our products are lovingly handmade to order. Unless otherwise noted orders are received and processed within 2 weeks. Transit time is subject to the size and value of the order, but typically will not exceed 5 - 8 business days.

 

CUSTOM SIZED PINBOARDS

Custom sized linen pinboards are made within 3-4 weeks of order 

Transit time is subject to the size and value of the order, but typically will not exceed 5 - 8 business days.

 

RETURNS

STANDARD SIZED PRODUCTS

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and unused. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your order arrives damaged 

While we make every effort to protect against shipping damages, occasionally an item will be mishandled in transit. In this circumstance, we ask that you let us know within 7 days of receipt of your order.

If a replacement is available, we will process and send it to you at no additional cost.

 

CUSTOM SIZED BOARDS

If your board arrives as expected it is not eligible for a return however if your order arrives damaged,  in this circumstance, we ask that you let us know within 7 days of receipt of your order so that we can create a replacement.
